If you use Google, Mapquest, etc., remember to use North Highlands and not Sacramento.
To get there take I-80 and take the Winters exit. Turn north (left turn for I-80 East, right turn for I-80 West) toward McClellan Park. After Winters makes a S turn, turn right onto McClellan Park Drive. Go about 1/4 mile and turn left at the 1st street (54th Street looks like an alley way) The building, 3rd one on the right, is light tan with a dark brown stripe around it. The entire building has a very high security fence all around it. Turn right in front of 3720. You will be on the south side of 3720 now. Park anywhere along the fence. Please park around 3720 and NOT in front of the building that is just South of 3720 Dudley. The building is not marked with the address so this makes it hard to know which is the correct building.
To enter, you must enter the gate in the middle of the south side fence, that may or may not be locked. Normally, it hasn't been locked. Try to open it first by just pushing it open. If it is locked press the speaker button and the guard will buzz you in once you tell him you are here for the OEC class. The guard will be there at all times. But on occasion, he has to make rounds in the building. So just wait as he should be there very soon. The class room will be on your left so walk to your left after entering the gate.
